Well, just take a look at Millie ! I think she thinks she is a Terrier cross Springer Spaniel. This was as bad as it looked & took a warm shower & a bucketful of shampoo to get her looking half descent again although the mud was clay & she has a slight orange tinge to her coat now but as the advert says for certain hair care products "she's worth it ! "
Pupster & Millie have discovered an old badger set & love going up there digging in it but Pupster some how was not anywhere near as dirty as Millie maybe she was stood behind Pupster whilst he was digging & to think people pay good money to get covered in that stuff & if you stand behind my to dogs whilst digging their cover you in it for free.
The pups are now all reserved with Rachael & family visiting us yesterday to meet the last boy they have called Sammy. They have had Spaniels before so understand taking on a puppy & the time & responsibility it takes to rear their new charge.
The other two boys that were still available last week are both going to Yorkshire & one is going to Sue who they have called Bailey & the other is going to Victoria & they have named him Barney. These two pups have been chose by speaking on the phone & several emails & photos as I do always advise seeing a pup at least once in its home enviroment before picking it up in some cases this is hard to do because of distance but when a pup is reserved in this manner I offer the return of deposit if when the pup is picked up it is not quite what they were looking for as although you see lots of photos it is not quite the same as meeting in the flesh.
So will be looking forward to meeting Sue & her family in a couple weeks & meeting Victoria & John in just under a couple weeks time. It is amazing with modern communication how you can get to know alot about people but nothing beats meeting in person but maybe I am just old fashioned. So in two weeks time better make sure there is plenty of tea, coffee & biscuits in the house & maybe make a ginger cake !
